1) About Our Services

• Ritmo Music Academy: Structured music education. Minimum enrolment: 3 months.
• Ritmo Jam-room: Rehearsal studio available by advance booking (minimum 4 hours per session).
• Service availability, timings, rooms, and faculty are subject to change.

2) Enrolment & Bookings

• Academy: Admission is confirmed only after registration formalities and fee payment.
• Jam-room: Bookings must be fully paid in advance to confirm the slot. Overage beyond your slot may incur extra charges, subject to room availability.

3) Payments, Taxes & Invoices

• Fees are payable in INR. Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) are charged as per law.
• Accepted payment modes may include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or other modes as communicated by Ritmo.
• Invoices/receipts are shared on request or as per our standard process.

4) Code of Conduct & Safety

• Respect people, instruments, gear, neighbour’s, and schedules.
• Prohibited: smoking, alcohol, drugs, abuse, harassment, and any unlawful activity.
• Keep volume within safe/reasonable limits as guided by staff.
• Children/minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult when required.

5) Equipment & Property

• Academy course materials, lesson plans, and Ritmo brand assets are Ritmo’s intellectual property. No recording, copying, or distribution without written consent.
• Jam-room users are responsible for their own instruments/accessories unless expressly provided.
• Any damage or loss to Ritmo property due to negligence/misuse is chargeable at repair/replacement cost.

6) Scheduling, Attendance & Make-ups (Academy)

• Public holidays and announced breaks are off.
• Missed classes are not refundable. Limited make-ups may be offered at Ritmo’s discretion (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).
• Faculty substitutions or rescheduling may occur to maintain continuity.

7) Studio Use (Jam-room)

• Minimum booking: 4 hours. Advance booking required.
• Setup/pack-down time is within your booked slot. Late arrival does not extend your slot.
• Overage, if accommodated, is billable (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).
• Follow all posted technical and safety instructions (including in-ear monitoring guidance if used).

8) Photos/Audio/Video

• Ritmo may document sessions, classes, or events for educational/promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear, inform us in writing before your session/class.

9) Health & Assumption of Risk

• Music practice and rehearsal involve physical activity and sound exposure. You participate at your own risk.
• Ritmo is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to your belongings.

10) Third-Party Links/Services

• If we reference external services (exams, events, apps, or platforms), they’re used at your discretion and subject to their terms.

11) Suspension/Termination

• Ritmo may suspend services or refuse entry for policy breaches, safety reasons, non-payment, or unlawful conduct. No refund where misuse is involved.

12) Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on our website is the current one.

13) Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction.
