A) Ritmo Music Academy

  1. Enrollment Fees
    • Enrollment fees are non-refundable once paid, including part-payments and monthly/term fees.
  1. Missed Classes & Make-Ups
    • Missed classes are not refundable.
    • Limited make-ups may be offered at Ritmo’s discretion, subject to faculty/slot availability and advance notice.
    • Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency cases may be considered but are not guaranteed.
  1. Holds / Temporary Pausing
    • Short, pre-approved breaks may be allowed once per 3-month term (up to 2 weeks) at Ritmo’s discretion.
    • Fees are generally not paused unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  1. Reschedules by Ritmo
    • If Ritmo reschedules or cancels a class, we will offer a make-up session or an equivalent adjustment.
    • If neither option is possible, a pro-rata credit may be issued.
  1. Workshops & Events
    • Unless otherwise stated on the event page, workshop/event fees are non-refundable.
    • If Ritmo cancels, a full refund or credit will be provided.

B) Ritmo Jam-room

  1. Booking & Minimum Duration
    • Minimum booking: 4 hours.
    • Full advance payment is required to confirm a booking.
  1. Cancellations (by the Band/Artist)
    • 72+ hours before start: 100% refund.
    • 48 hours before start: 50% refund.
    • 24 hours or less / No-show: No refund.
    • One reschedule allowed if requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  1. Late Arrivals & Overage
    • Late arrival does not extend the slot.
    • If the next slot is free and staff approves, overage may be allowed and is chargeable at the prevailing rate.
  1. Equipment & Damage
    • Users must follow staff guidance for gear and in-ear monitoring.
    • Damage, loss, or misuse of equipment/property is chargeable at actual repair/replacement cost.
  1. Cancellations/Reschedules by Ritmo
    • In rare cases (maintenance, safety, or unavoidable events), Ritmo may reschedule or cancel.
    • A full refund or alternative slot/credit will be offered.

C) General

  • Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the bank/payment gateway.
  • Taxes & Fees: Transaction charges (if any) may be non-refundable as per payment gateway policies.
  • Force Majeure: No refunds/compensation for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, government orders, pandemics).
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping is not applicable, as this is a digital course/service and not a physical product.
